What Is a Resale Certificate?
A resale certificate, also known as a Tax Exemption Certificate, allows your business to buy goods without paying local sales tax. Genomma Lab requires that all B2B customers submit the Resale Certificate as proof that the products are being purchased for resale, so we transfer the responsibility of collecting taxes to the entity that sells the product.
