1. Policy Overview:
MyGenommaLab.com ("the Company") has established this Minimum
Advertised Price (MAP) Policy to ensure fair competition among our valued
B2B wholesale clients. This policy applies to all authorized resellers and
distributors of Company products.

2. MAP Advertising:
The Minimum Advertised Price for each product is outlined in the current MAP.
Price List provided by the Company. B2B wholesale clients must adhere to
these established MAP prices when advertising or promoting Company
products.

3. Advertising Guidelines for Online Marketplaces:
To ensure compliance with our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy, we
kindly request that you provide us with your store name and the specific
online marketplaces where you intend to sell our products. This information
will help us monitor pricing and promotions effectively, ensuring a fair and
competitive marketplace for all our partners. B2B wholesale clients are
prohibited from listing or advertising Company products on online
marketplaces below the Company's minimum listed price ("Genomma MAP").
Any promotions, including free or discounted shipping or bundling resulting
in a final checkout price below the company’s listed price, are not permitted.
Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything herein to the contrary, this MAP
applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which
Genomma products are actually sold or offered for sale to an individual
consumer within the reseller’s retail location. “Retail location” is defined as
the physical place where end-users can physically buy and take immediate
delivery of Genomma products. The final sales price remains totally at the
resellers’ and distributors’ discretion.
The policy does not in any way limit the ability of a reseller to advertise
generally for example that it “has the lowest prices” as long as Genomma
products are not advertised, either expressly or by implication, at a price less than the Genomma MAP. If the advertising names Genomma products
explicitly, then the following are examples of advertising that would violate
this policy as these examples would express or imply a price less than the
Genomma MAP:
“priced too low to show”, “prices so low we can’t advertise”, “instant
discounts”, “instant rebates” etc.

4. Exceptions:
Exceptions to the MAP Policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis,
subject to prior written approval from the Company. Requests for exceptions
should be submitted in writing to Sarai Martínez at sarai.martinez@genommalab.com.

5. Enforcement:
a. The Company reserves the right to monitor and enforce compliance with
this MAP Policy.
b. Non-compliance may result in various actions, including warnings,
suspension of shipment, or termination of the business relationship. Clients
will receive three warnings before disciplinary actions are taken.

6. Updates:
The Company reserves the right to update or modify the MAP Policy at its
discretion. B2B wholesale clients will be notified in writing of any changes.
By placing an order with the Company, B2B wholesale clients acknowledge
and agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Minimum Advertised
Price Policy.
