How do I setup an account?
Setting up a Genomma Lab partner account for the US is easy. You just have to fill out a form and send us a copy of your W-9 as well as your Resale Certificate (You can find it here)

How do I place an order?
Once your partner application has been approved you will be able to go to Mygenommalab.com and start picking the products you want to buy. There you can add them to your cart and check out. Please always confirm your shipping address is correct.

How long does the delivery take?
Once we have received your order please allow 3-4 business days to process and 3-5 business days for delivery. We will send you status information to let you know when your order has been shipped.
